1. First, we need our maintenance personnel to check whether the manual oil pump needs to be filled with grease; if it is missing, it needs to be supplemented or replaced in a timely manner.

2. Check whether the lubrication points of the equipment can be lubricated; if it fails, it needs to be replaced or repaired in time.
(Lubrication points mainly include the discharge door shaft of the mixer, as well as the storage hoppers and the weighing bucket shafts, including the tape conveyors, roller, rollers, bearings, drive chains, screw shafts, and lower ends of our entire station. Bearings and main gears, etc.)
3. Check the wear condition of the blade, scraper, agitator arm, etc. in our mixer. If necessary, adjust the clearance or replace the fourth: and our maintenance personnel also need to check the looseness of the connecting bolt of the vibrator; and the key points of the entire station. Department of bolts are loose.
4.Need to check the quality of the oil in the crankcase of the air compressor. If necessary, replace it; and check if there is aging in our circuit system.
