Basic inspections before starting the Concrete Batching Plant
1. The power supply voltage is normal, the phase voltage is 380v±10%, and the line voltage is 220v±10%. The main motor and the hoisting motor turn correctly to prevent the power supply from commutation; if the power is commutation, the hoist will turn in the opposite direction, rising to falling, and falling to rising, which will cause the limit switch to fail and cause the danger of hopper topping.
2. Each limit switch is reliable and effective. Mainly check the upper limit, lower limit, limit position of the hoisting bucket, and the opening and closing position of the host. When checking the upper limit position, one person touches the upper limit position with a wooden stick, and one person presses the hopper up button in the control room to see if the hopper can rise. If the hopper does not rise, the limit is effective. When the wooden stick touches the limit position, the hoisting will open immediately. Trip, the limit limit is valid. Lower the lifting bucket to the pit. If the lifting bucket can stop automatically, it proves that the lower limit is effective. Touch the limit position of the discharge door with a wooden stick, and the corresponding indicator light on the operation panel will light up to prove that the limit position is effective.5. The emergency stop button on the control panel is reliable and effective, and can stop all electrical actions in time. The safety switch of the mixer is reliable and effective, which can ensure that the mixer cannot be started when the mixer cover is opened.
