Many customers have asked about the extension of the service life of Concrete Mixers. I will tell you about this issue today:
1. Maintenance. The core of the mixer is the mixing shaft. The mixing shaft must be filled with oil for each shift. The degree of oil filling can be seen from the inside of the mixer until there is butter leaking;
2. Continuously detect the gear bite degree or belt tightness of the reducer.
3. At the end of each shift, the mixer must be cleaned to remove the mixing shaft and residual materials in the mixer.
4. Check the fixing condition of the discharge door cylinder, limit, bearing and discharge door.
