[Maintenance of belt conveyor feeding system] The belt conveyor in the concrete mixing plant plays an important role in conveying materials. Among them, the electric drum needs to be replaced after a certain period of work, and the oil needs to be changed frequently. All the internal oil of the reducer should be replaced before the oil change. After putting it out, the method is to rotate the drum, unscrew the two oil plugs at the same time, and rotate them to the lowest position. The amount of oil inside the geared motor must be strictly in accordance with the value in the nameplate. Too much or too little oil will affect the normal operation and use efficiency of the electric drum.
