Cleaning concrete tanks (mixer drums) and inlet and outlet openings Because the concrete will solidify into hard blocks in a short time and have certain corrosivity to steel and paint, each time the concrete tank is used, it is washed and adhered to the concrete storage tank. The concrete on the tank and inlet and outlet is the work that must be carried out carefully for daily maintenance.
These include:
a. Rinse the feed inlet with water before each charge to keep the feed inlet wet while charging;
b. Fill the cleaning water tank that comes with the vehicle while loading;
c. Rinse the feed inlet after filling and clean the remaining concrete near the feed inlet.
d. After unloading at the construction site, rinse the discharge chute and add 30 to 40L of cleaning water to the concrete storage tank to keep the concrete tank rotating at a slow speed during the return journey;
e. Remember to drain the concrete tank before loading the next time;
f. Thoroughly clean the concrete tanks and the inlet and outlet ports around the end of the day to ensure that cement and concrete are not stuck.
If these tasks are not carried out carefully once, they will cause great trouble for future work.
